U.S. Orders – Duties & Refunds

For orders shipped to the United States, product prices already include import duties ranging from 20% to 40%, depending on the item.

These duties are paid when the shipment enters the United States and are therefore non-refundable, even if a return or refund is approved.

In the event of an approved refund, the portion of the purchase price corresponding to the import duties will be deducted from the refund amount.
