How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $79 CAD within Canada.
For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee of $12 CAD applies.

Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
We recommend using our Size Guide on each product page. Our sizing is based on baby height and age for the best fit.
What if I choose the wrong size?
We encourage customers to carefully check our Size Guide before placing an order, as our items are selected based on age and height. If you’re unsure between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

What materials are your products made from?
Our products are made with soft, breathable, and baby-friendly fabrics, carefully selected for comfort and delicate skin.
How should I wash the clothes?
We recommend gentle machine wash in cold water and air dry when possible to maintain softness and shape.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on baby clothing and accessories unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
