Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for baby items once they have been worn, washed, or used.

We kindly ask that all items are carefully inspected upon arrival before use.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@petithollow.ca within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. We will be happy to assist and make it right.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Worn, washed, or used items
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Items returned due to size selection or personal preference
• Sale or clearance items

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and assist accordingly.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order due to defect or error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or solution after review.


Refunds

Approved refunds (for defective or incorrect items only) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
